There are a number of things you can do to save money on office

design with all others in the office. This generally reduces the chances
of any major variations being required further into the project.

quite an expensive task. Some builders will not allow major variations
once the project has commenced. Where major changes are permitted,
there will be extra paperwork and approvals required before the variation
may be implemented.
It is important to allow as much time as possible for the construction
